Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Order Processing:
    Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

    • How to Cancel: Email us at support@thegoodplanet.in with your order details.

  • After Order Processing:
    Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may, however, initiate a return upon receiving the product (refer to our Refund Policy below).

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

    • The item is unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Item is damaged in transit
    • The refund request is made within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Personalized or custom-made products.
    • Items marked as "Final Sale."
    • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

  • Refund Process:

    • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Charges:
    If applicable, shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product cost only.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Contact us at support@thegoodplanet.in to initiate a return or refund request.
  • Provide your order details and reason for return.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send an email with photographs of the damage to support@thegoodplanet.in.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exceptions

Refunds and cancellations are not available in the following cases:

  • Failure to follow product care instructions.
  • Minor variations in product appearance due to natural materials.
  • Items returned without prior communication.
